Hi my name is Nicole Lerum, a 14 year medical esthetician/ laser tech and owner of Illuminate Med Spa. Dr. Adler is a Medical director for Illuminate Med Spa. Dr. Max Adler is Double Board Certified in Pediatrics and Dermatology, and has more than 40 years of experience. I believe that my patients and their individual needs come first. But in an industry flooded with new products and procedures, I must make sure that health and safety are never compromised. I therefore take a precautionary approach, always opting for safe and tested solutions. Your appointments are very important to me, and it’s is reserved for you. I understand that sometimes scheduled adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request:
- 24 hours to cancel/reschedule an appointment
- Cancellation/rescheduling 24 hours or less will be 50% of booked service amount.
- Day of cancelation/rescheduling or no show is 100% of the total booked service amount.
